- Equipment & Yard Data: Machinery specifications, serial numbers, operating specs, machinery images, yard or depot geographic coordinates, and trade/compliance documents (e.g., TPI certificates).
- Communication & Transaction Records: Information submitted when generating quotations, equipment inquiry requests, jobsite location tags, and duration requirements.
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and log data generated during platform navigation.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your personal and business data for the following legitimate purposes:
- Authenticating users and securing platform access via SMS verification.
- Facilitating direct B2B machinery inquiries between Hirers and Owners.
- Generating client-side commercial quotation documents and pre-filled WhatsApp communication links.
- Maintaining platform security, monitoring fleet availability loops, preventing fraudulent listings, and diagnosing technical issues.
- Complying with regulatory obligations under UAE commerce and commercial tax laws.
3. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We disclose information only under the following limited circumstances:
- Between Platform Users: When an inquiry or quotation is initiated, necessary contact details (company name, phone number, machine location) are shared with the counterparty to facilitate the commercial engagement.
- Infrastructure Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party technology providers to execute platform operations, including:
- Authentication & database hosting (Supabase).
- SMS transmission & verification services (Twilio).
- Web hosting and server infrastructure (Hostinger).
- Legal & Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose records if required by applicable UAE laws, regulatory mandates, or judicial orders issued by UAE competent courts.
4. Data Storage & Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to secure personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Data transmissions over the Service are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL). While we take robust steps to protect data, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% immune from security threats.
