How MachineStand works

Two sides, one simple loop. No commission on either. We're starting with excavators in Abu Dhabi; other machines open as owners list them.

Hiring a machine

  1. Search free — no account needed. Browse every machine, filter by category, emirate, price, capacity or CICPA/ADNOC certification, and set your location to see what's nearest.
  2. Judge it properly. Photos, monthly rates with and without an operator, mobilisation and fuel terms, the machine's pin on the map — and the trust panel: whether the owner's licence is verified and when the machine's availability was last confirmed.
  3. Deal direct. WhatsApp or call the owner from the listing, or send a written enquiry with your dates. The agreement is between you and the owner — MachineStand takes nothing.

Listing your fleet

  1. Register with your trade licence. Photograph it and we fill the form in for you. Our team reviews it, and your listings carry a verified badge.
  2. List each machine in about two minutes. Photograph the Mulkiya and the machine's details fill themselves in. Add photos, rates and a pin for where it stands. Listing is free.
  3. Answer one WhatsApp a week. That's how we keep your availability provably fresh — the signal hirers trust. Enquiries and calls come straight to you.

Why the checking matters

Every listings site fills up with machines that were hired out long ago. MachineStand's weekly availability loop pauses any machine whose owner stops responding — which is exactly why a hirer can take a MachineStand listing at face value, and why an owner's "available" actually gets believed.
